A police raid was executed in the area that falls under the limits of the Ramganj Outpost in Islampur, which led the officials to discover large quantities of duplicate liquor. Two men named Ranjesh Basak and Sadanand Basak were arrested by the police over the charges of illegally manufacturing fake alcohol. Ranjesh hails from Baisi while Sadanand is from Dalkhola. As per reports, the raid was led by the OC of the Ramganj Outpost, Pankaj Jha. The duplicate alcohol has now been seized. |
