| Abstract: | Stable isotope analysis can help differentiate real manuka honey (right jar) from a fake. A new IAEA project will help countries apply this technique to combat fraud in premium foods. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has launched a five-year research project that will assist countries in combatting fraud in high-value food products, such as premium honey, coffee and speciality rice varieties. |
