Abstract: |
Holi celebrations are vibrant and colourful and incomplete without partaking of traditional eats like gujiya, thandai, papad and other savoury snacks. However, these celebrations can be ruined if you or your guests land up with an upset stomach or diarrhoea because of consuming adulterated or unhygienic ally prepared and contaminated gujiyas, snacks and thandai. During festival times adulterators take advantage of the rise in demand of these foods to make quick profits. The best way to avoid buying adulterated foods, that can mar the fun-filled enjoyment of Holi, is to be aware of the kinds of adulteration that become rampant at this time. |
