The central government has asked the public to get involved in food testing to know if there are any unsafe ingredients served to you. It has decided to pay you for the test. According to reports, no food adulteration complaint has been filed under Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s Special Act (FSSAI) introduced in 2006. As per the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Act, if the tested food item is adulterated, the cost of getting it tested will be reimbursed.
