Its missions revolve around the following: representation of the sector from official services, definition and monitoring of application of the interprofessional agreement, Product standardization, development of the image and reputation of Agen prunes, Applied technical research and its extension to the acceding, collection and analysis of statistical elements relating to prune market, scientific monitoring and development of the nutritional qualities of the Agen prune, laboratory analysis of qualitative parameters of the prune. |
